The General Service Board maintains a Public Liability Insurance Policy to protect convenors of AA meetings and events across Australia.
This policy provides coverage in cases where a person is injured or property is damaged during the course of an AA meeting or event. The policy was established to give assurance to convenors — and anyone considering becoming a convenor — that they are not personally liable for such incidents.
