The National General Service Conference is held in November each year.

The closing Date is announced as soon as our Members Team is informed.

The Closing Date varies slightly but this year 2025 the closing date is:

1st May 2025.

Please give your Topic a short title that will make it easy to recognise what it covers? e.g. Adding a section on safety guidelines to Group Handbook
For Example: You're asking Conference to consider something, or asking the Board to do something, or you're asking for a change to a piece of literature
This should be a short and clear statement of the issue, opportunity or your idea. Clearly state your desired outcome.
Please indicate any reference material used.
Do you think there would be costs involved? Please estimate what you think they might be.
